This world was meant to have achievements unlocked but, I had the custom biomes thing on because I didn't know what it would do. Now, I can't unlock achievements because of that and I can't turn it off. Please fix this or make me turn it off. I can't have a time machine.

Please help. I need to have achievements on my world. I spent a lot of time and effort into my world, and I can't afford to not being able to unlock achievements.
I don't know if I should vote for this because, voting for your own post in Minecraft Feedback will under review it.
Did you get a warning about achievements being disabled when you made the change? If so, did you continue, or use the "Go Back" button? If you continued past the warning, then that would have disabled the Achievements as stated.
It is always a good idea to make a backup of valuable worlds before making changes like this, especially if you don't know what it will do.

Based on the screenshot, it appears that a warning was displayed with instructions to turn off Experiments in order to earn achievements. If this was not done, then that specific world will not be able to earn any achievements and you will need to use a different world for that.
