Switches to editor UI but is not actually in editor mode when joining editor server

When a user running minecraft preview on windows not in editor mode attempts to join a preview server which is in edior mode the user gets switched to the editor UI

This is just the menu UI not the world create screen or actual editor mode, the join servers page doesnt work, it can be exited by restarting the game

The game should give the user an error and stay in the current UI along with a button or guide to relaunch with the :?Editor=true flag

(to launch editor mode a user needs to enter minecraft-preview:?Editor=true in a windows run box or desktop shortcut)
