this can be found in almost all versions since piston was added
(the mp4 attached is HEVC/H265)
see .mp4 ,when the redstoneblock is destroyed ,piston will 100% be in motion, but when redstoneblock is pushed away by another piston , only about half of the time it will be in motion.
since java edition has zero-lag restone wire for long distances, and since now there's an opportunity to perform a zero-lag redstone wire in bedrock edition like .mp4, i REALLY expect that this can be fixed/changed to be 100% activated with no lag when redstoneblock is pushed away by another pyston so that there will be zero-lag wire.
