Lag, due to increasing endless amounts of mobs from spawner(s) and loot dropped from being dispatched

Lag,I suspect from multiple(to many) mobs spawning from more than one mob spawner in the area, I say this because I played with no instance of dicernible lag when there was one mob spawner( zombie, skeleton or spider) in the area spittin out 4 to5 mobs at a time, but when i go to an area where from count there are 7 to 9 mobs coming at me endlessly, the closer i get to the area of the spawning the increase of lag occurs, reducing fps to 0-1
this has happen on 2 worlds created
I feel its multiple mob spawners in close proximity to each other, and if so is that intended ?
or,which i highly doubt, one mob spawner spittin out endless mobs
Also when defeated by said mob(s) when I attempt to go back to the area just above the mob spawner up top in the open world ,I get to the area of where the mob spawner is below, that is where I experience the lag(reduced fps 0-1)

Also I feel the lag(fps reduced) is from dropped inventory after the mobs dispatched me, upon re spawning go back to area to collect dropped inventory only to find fps drops significantly ,only increases after when dropped inventory disappears after the period of time for said inventory to disappear

Hi William Huston,
c.f. http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Monster_Spawner
"If, at the time of spawning, 6 or more mobs of the spawner's type are present within a 9×9×9 area, centered on the spawner block, the spawner "poofs" without creating any mobs and then waits for the next cycle"

This has happened to me but in my case it was a naturally generated skeleton spawner which I modified (to a classic spawner xp farm) to move the mobs to a killing zone greater than 9*9*9 away from the spawner but less than 16 blocks from the spawner. Therfore as long as I'm in the killing zone the mobs will keep spawning as intended until system resources are compromised if I dont keep up with dispatching them. So misadventure on my part really.

Could this be the cause of your case(s) as in WAI?

Hi Mr Smeo
from what i discern from going back multiple times after the initial problem with lag is , mobs are generated 4-5 at a time, said mobs leave the 9*9*9 area only to have more generate, there path to me is obscured by flowing water/lava or a drop down below just above me with no way to engage me, all the time with no sight of the spawner, just to the mossy cobblestone area in which it resides, by the time i reach the mobs there are at least 9-10 or more I could see before the fps drops to 0-1, and that area or chunk is affected with low to no fps till I leave the area or chunk, and only then will the fps increase, of course moving with a fps of 0-1 is a daunting task, took me max 30 mins to leave said area, and I believe yes that is the cause of my problem, the dropped loot may cause a problem ,but can not be sure until my device can handle the onslaught endless waves of to many mobs, I have 7 horses and 2 cattle leashed near my residence and fps drops by half(15-16) when in sight and near them, I also understand that my device may/could not handle the game properly with each update, which is a Nexus 7 2013 tablet
