[MCPE-188737] Experimental Brakes achievement earning

For some reason, the new Ui for experimental features breaks Earning achievements. I can't get any new achievements at all.

And yes, i don't have any experimental toggles on at all. Please fix this.

Your screenshot shows that you have the "Custom biomes" experiment enabled. It is not a bug that enabling experiments disables achievements, see MCPE-166011.

Ah. Well I think i figured it out. i believe it was when i first created the world back in 1.14/1.15. I appreciate the help otherwise.
