Confirming this same issue is also being experienced by two of my three kids on PS5! And they were playing as recently as yesterday.

Resolved as Cannot Reproduce since the original reporter says it is working.
Most likely this is either a temporary server issue or an account problem. In general, those kinds of issues are invalid for the bug tracker.
