Bundle tooltip flicker for second player in splitscreen

When a second player in splitscreen hovers their cursor over any bundle, the tooltip flickers quickly. The selection of items within the bundle is reset on each flicker, preventing the player from picking what they pull out. This occurs regardless of the bundle's contents, and only for the second player; the first player can use the same bundles without this problem. 

Restarting the game does not fix the issue. The problem only began occurring after the latest update. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new world in Creative mode

2. Using a second controller, use a guest account for the second player

3. Place a bundle in the second player's hotbar (from either character's inventory).

4. Hover cursor over bundle. Tooltip should flicker
