Controls are invisible when trying to customize them

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a world

2. Go to Settings -> Controls -> Touch

3. Enable Customize Controls

4. Go to Customize controls

Observed result:
All of the buttons are invisible.

Expected result:
The buttons are visible.

Original description:
As the title says, the buttons are not displayed in the "Control Settings" so I can't change the button layout or size... (※There is a response if you tap randomly)
