These Features do not always appear in the inventory, when the Education Edition toggle is enabled

I was able to find these items in the other Minecraft education edition application, but since then the features of education edition are missing in the 3rd category and a first category on bedrock edition with the toggle of education edition is "on", but it doesn't work at all on bedrock edition.
Could you confirm?
