No achievement pop-up in top right corner when gaining achievements

I haven't been gaining achievements on Minecraft Bedrock for Windows 10 for sometime now. I found the solution to that, at some point I had disabled the "Connected User and Telemetry". Once I changed this to automatic I began gaining achievements.

But I do not get the achievement pop-up that should come up in the top right-hand side of the game.

I have contacted support and done all the trouble shooting, including restarting my PC, signing out of my microsoft account, and reinstalling Minecraft Bedrock, and I still cannot get the achievement pop-up in-game.

Finally support told me to post it as a bug here in hopes that it can be fixed or a solution can be found.

I haven't added a screenshot because it won't show anything except a blank top right-hand side of my screen.
