The /fill and /structure commands will not work on super flat worlds. The commands won't work and state the area is out of the world. The supposed issue is the lower y coordinates causing the game to believe the area is out of the world, but I hope you guys fix this because it henders mine and others playing.

Sorry for the delay.
To reproduce the issue you need to
Create a normal super flat world
Do the /fill or /structure save command
The coordinates and exact command setups for the /fill are not relevant as I have tried on two different devices and two different account as well as two different worlds and it didn't work. The /structure save didn't work and I didn't try the other ones yet.
When you get the command set and done it will tell you that it cannot place blocks outside of the world and won't do anything.
The /fill command is supposed to fill in the certain area as long as it is in the set parameter, but won't and the /structure save is supposed to save a certain structure so long as it is in its parameters, but won't
And the /structure save is the only one I have tried. Again, sorry for the delay.
