Error in inventory items

I'm experiencing issues while playing Hardcore mode in Minecraft Bedrock. Some items disappear from my inventory, such as paintings, they disintegrate when I remove them.

I'm just using a texture pack that doesn't modify anything other than the textures on the marketplace, the incident occurs suddenly and is random, for example when trying to get the game to give me the painting I want, that incident occurred where the object disintegrated when I removed it, the same thing happens with another object but with the difference that it doesn't allow you to put it or if you put it but you didn't actually put it but in your inventory that space remains empty and you can't put anything in that empty space in your inventory until you close the game and reopen it.
