TNT in minecart flashes solid white when exploding

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a block of TNT and a TNT Minecart

2. Ignite both

Observed Results:
The TNT in the minecart flashes solid white.

Expected Results:
The white flashing should be partially transparent like regular TNT.
