When I've been playing bedrock edition recently, I noticed that when fighting the Wither on Hard difficulty, getting hit by the wither skulls doesn't inflict the wither effect upon the player. I opened multiple new worlds and tried restarting the game multiple times, but the wither still didn't inflict the effect. However, on normal difficulty, the wither effect will be inflicted, making me to believe that this is a bug. This is a multi-platform issue because this issue occurred on both my PS5 and PC. Hope to see this issue resolved as it makes the wither fight incredibly easy!
