DualShock 4 controller not working on PC

When playing on Bedrock Edition, the game doesn't seem to recognize my controller as an input device whatsoever. It won't work in the menus, and it won't work to control my player after I start up a world.

The controller works fine with my PC in other games, some of which (but not all) were through Steam. I've had no connection issues with my computer. Multiple DualShock 4 controllers have worked fine on my iPad when I play Minecraft.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, which didn't fix the issue.

I have also launched the game both through the Minecraft Launcher and the Xbox store, neither of which made the game recognize my controller.
