Unable to access online features

Minecraft just doesnt work now. There's no marketplace or any online content. It'll connect to Microsoft but the marketplace won't exist. Skins won't exist. Realms won't exist. There's no error codes or crashes just half the game doesn't exist. In order to get those things back I have delete and reinstall the game every single time I want to play even if I close the game for 3 seconds. There's not a single other game in the world that makes you delete and reinstall the game every single time you want to play in order for it to work this is absolutely ridiculous!  I cleared the marketplace cache already. Checked for corrupted data. My connection is perfect. I haven't seen anyone else talk about this on here. But it's literally impossible to find the issues your facing on this bug report system. How does half the game just dissappear from a HOTFIX.
