worlds on MCPE freeze when they have more than 3 redstone circuts

Cannot Reproduce

whenever I open a world that has more than 3 Redstone circuits I experience a LOT of lag to the point where it takes 20 seconds just to turn and by then I have broken 5 blocks on accident
