When you select the controller toggle "X/Y Button Swap" the "change user" function (on xbox one) doesnt switch to the x button, but it instead stays as the y button, although the ui tooltip says its the x button.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go in controller settings and enable X/Y Button Swap
2. Go to the main menu notice how to change user function doesnt change to the x button even though the tooltip says "X"
