The dialogue text field for an NPC becomes uneditable once you enter too much text into it.
Steps to Reproduce
Summon an NPC
Open the NPC interface in creative mode
Edit the dialogue text field to contain lots of text (I had 18 lines of text)
Exit out of the text field
Expected Outcome
The text field should still be accessible and allow editing
Actual Outcome
The text field is no longer accessible and prevents editing

Attached is the video you requested. Not sure how much this helps since you can’t really see me pressing the input button to re-enter the field at the end, but alas, here it is. Essentially, exiting an NPC dialogue field that has a lot of text in it (as shown in the video) prevents you from re-entering the field.
