Dry grass doesn't have offset unlike regular short grass

When placing dry grass or tall dry grass, it doesn't have a slight offset, unlike regular short grass.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place dry grass on sand

Expected results:
There should be some offset between dry grass similar to short grass
