Can’t download anymore packs (It ain’t the console storage either)

On Feb. 13 or 14, I was logging onto a giant public server, when there was a server update. Midway through the downloading, it said, “Error while downloading packs from server. Please try again.” Of course, I tried again. It didn’t work. I tried closing and starting minecraft, restarting my PS5, all that. It still didn’t work. What is happening?
