Blocks turn to ghost block and disappear whenever you place them in the newest Hotfix.

After 1.21.60 came out, blocks that are placed will occasionally turn to ghost blocks, and most of the time disappear as if there weren’t even placed.

The best way I’ve found to reproduce this is to just build stuff. While building, the blocks you place will occasionally disappear as if you didn’t even place them. It may be a little difficult to reproduce this as I’ve notice it happens at random,

Expected result: the blocks should stay where they are placed.

Observed result: the blocks occasionally disappear as if they weren’t even there.
