No camera perspective button in spectator mode

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to touch settings and enable the "Enable Camera Perspective Button"

  2. Change your gamemode to spectator.

Observed result:
No camera perspective button in spectator mode.

Expected result:
Camera perspective button can be used in spectator mode.
