I still don't have the vanilla cape on bedrock

It’s been years at this point. I have the cape on java but not bedrock yet. When I emailed mojang support a while back they said my account was not eligible, even though I’ve owned both versions on pc for 5 years at this point (and I’ve owned bedrock on my xbox since it released). I would really appreciate it if I could use the cape that I own on bedrock.
