When I click Go back to Old UI, It does not go back to Old UI.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open the Play menu
Scroll to the bottom
Click on the “Go back to old UI” button
Observed Results:
Nothing happens.
Expected Results:
The game switches back to the old UI.

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
I was not able to reproduce this issue on latest beta (1.21.80.20).
Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, could you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter)?
Also were you using any alternated touch control options or anything in that matter?

Go to settings and look for “Touch” then tap “Change Control Mode” and select “D-Pad and tap to interact”.
