Setting a block's "seconds_to_destroy" property takes longer than expected to break the block

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load the addon on to a world with the scripting experiment turned on

2. Break the gold test block

3. The block’s "seconds_to_destroy" property is set to 5 but the chat says that it took about 7.5 seconds
