[MCPE-190861] Phantoms are not spawning in the world after three days

After three days of sleeping player will not see Phantom spawning anywhere, and if they do spawn, they will fly too high to the point where they’ll be spawn so then there’s no phantom spawn

I would like to confirm that this issue is ongoing in a realm right now. Multiple players verified number of no sleep days were more than required. Ranging from 3 days to 10+

Im having this problem in my single-player world. I’ve not slept for 6 days, but Ive not seen any phantoms at all.
