The Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate stays activated if more than 10 stacks of items are placed on it at once.
TO RECREATE:
Place a Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate.
Drop 10 full stacks of any item onto the Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate.
Drop 1 more of any item onto the Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate.
Remove all items from the Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate.
Observe that the Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate does not deactivate, and stays in its depressed state as if still detecting an entity on it.
FURTHER EXPLANATION:
This bug can also be recreated by changing step 2 to the following:
Drop 10 non-stackable items onto the Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate. Drop 1 more of any item onto the Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate.
OR
Drop 10 unique items (stackable to 64, stackable to 16, non-stackable, or any combination) onto the Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate. Drop 1 more of any item onto the Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate.
It appears that as long as there are more than 10 stacks of items placed onto the Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate at once, no matter the size of each stack, it breaks the Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate.

I’ve never uploaded a video, let me know if it needs to be done different. In the video you can see that the weighted pressure plates stop working as intended when enough unique entities are placed on them at one time.
[media]For this example I used a single item of unique types, but this works with full stacks of the same items ( ex. 11 full stacks of oak planks), non-stackable items, or a combination of these(ex. 8 full stacks of oak planks, 1 full stack of honey bottles, 1 wood shovel, and a single cobble stone).
Hello and thank you for your report!
However I was not able to reproduce this issue
Could you provide a video?
This would help us understand the bug!
