Cooldown Hits Counts As Hit

I noticed it cuz my sword is breaking so fast. When you hit a mob with a tool and try to hit when it’s at cooldown, that cooldown hit(s) counts as a successful hit so your tool loses health and you start to starve fast. There is a test video that I tested it with a auto fast clicker that around 200-300 clicks per second.
