Can’t play or create any worlds

I am playing Minecraft. When I tried to create a world, it says “you cannot play multiplayer because of your parental controls” and then the create button doesn’t let me go to it. When I try to join a world, it says “you cannot play multiplayer because of parental controls” and then just says “cancel” at the bottom. I have tried to reach out before, but nothing happened. This issue has happened for like 2 months now for the creating world thing, and now I can’t play at all. I don’t want to lose the $30 for Minecraft that it costs. What do I do?
