The Pick Block Button (first added in 1.21.50) on touchscreen devices for some reason dissappears when phasing through phasable blocks such as Powdered Snow or Scaffolding (as visible in the attachment). I am not aware if its the same case on other devices or newer/older version of my Operating System.

Oh and also, here's a more correct video if the issue. As you can see, the button only dissappears when you are wearing leather boots while phasing through Powdered Snow but it always works with Scaffolding no matter what.
