Pick Block button opacity cannot be adjusted when customizing controls

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to touch settings and click the “customize controls”.

2. Change the opacity of the pick block button

Observed result:
The pick block button doesn’t change the opacity.

Expected result:
The opacity of the pick block button should be changed.
