Minecart pickup range for armor stands is too small

Armor stands can only get picked up by minecarts on rails when the armor stand is in the very center of the rail, as shown in attachment1.png
They do not get picked up if they are first pushed to the side of the block with a piston, as shown in attachment2.png
Minecarts have a much larger pickup range for other entities.
