Camera ad all mobs start shaking after going ~300000+ ~ ~300000+ blocks away from spawn

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use this comand: /tp ~300000 ~ ~300000.

2. Start walking / look how mobs walk.

Observed Results:
The camera starts shaking when you whalk / mobs start shaking when they walk.

Expected Results:
Camera / mobs should not start shaking.
