Parity issue

I have realized when watching people play minecraft on Java compared to bedrock that when people regenerate on Java the health bar glows but it doesn't do this on bedrock also on Java when your hunger bar fills to the max you regenerate almost emmediatly but on bedrock it takes 1 to 2 minutes so if you could please fix this, we will very much appreciate it
