Ok…this time I will spell it out for you……the….controller….doesn’t….work….since….the….update..>!!!!! Is it the word controller that is throwing you off..?? I don’t believe I have to video it for you….the buttons on the controller don’t work, the menu’s don’t come up….THE CONTROLLER DOESN’T WORK !!!! Every time you guys do an update, something like this happens. It worked fine before the update….my company relies on it to work….now it doesn’t. Your update messed up the xbox controller portion. I deleted, reinstalled…nothing. Same old Minecraft. All of my configs are up to date and working….your’s is not..!!!

However, this issue is Invalid.
You have literally provided no useful information in your report. I have just used Minecraft Bedrock myself with my controller and it works fine. In addition, if this were a widespread problem, we would have received many reports about the issue by now.
Based on that, it appears that this is a technical support issue.
Please contact Community Support for assistance and refer to this ticket by providing a link.
If you are unable to get this resolved after contacting support with the link above, any new bug report would need to include at a minimum:
What kind of "controller" (brand, model, etc)
How is it connected (wired, bluetooth, etc)
Are the drivers up to date?
What steps you have tried
Anything else you think might be useful
