[MCPE-191344] Water and lava mixing

THIS REPORT ACTUALLY APPLIES VERSION 1.21.51 BUT THIS WASN'T AVAILABLE FROM THE DROPDOWN

I’m reporting this because there was water and lava on the same block without it creating cobblestone or obsidian. [note this was natural generation.] I found it in a cave system. Here are some screen shots.
