Problem:
When trying to join a multiplayer world, the results I get:

How to reproduce:
Try to play a mp-world with a Windows-XBOX device and an Android-XBOX device IN CHINA.
Result:
You’ll rarely success. May related to the poor XBOX China server.
Expected:
Anyone with any device and any platform can play with each other.
