[MCPE-191491] Using touch controls to switch items sometimes throws them instead

I've had issues with when sometimes using the touch screen to switch items, it constantly throws the item I touched until I do it again… I didn't have an issue with this until my mom started playing a lot more, and she uses the touch screen…

Oh, one more thing about how long it's been like that, I think I discovered it on around 1.18, and I started in January of the same year as the Caves and Cliffs update.

I just find this both infurating and outrageous, this is a really annoying bug that has been on the game for years at this point
