Held items are cut off by the screen

I can't see the full pickaxe and item in Minecraft because it's cut off on the screen even though I'm playing on a tablet with an 11 inch screen which is quite large but My pickaxe only looks half because it's cut off by the screen And for the sword it's pretty good but the top part is still cut off from the screen please fix this
