Minecraft skin issue

When playing with friends, I notice that whenever I see them or visit their world, their Minecraft skin doesn’t show. Instead, what I see in place of their skin is one of the nine character skins showing up in its place. I know on some occasions, they also can’t see my Minecraft skin because a character's skin has loaded in its place. The skins that we usually have are imported into Minecraft. Sorry, someone has already reported this issue. Please fix this issue. I’m tired of seeing this bug.
