Pistons change statement when launch a map/world

On my portable and my PC, when you launch a map, even if the piston is activate, it will interact as a retracted piston, and if the piston is retracted, it will interact as a open piston, for a short time. As you can see on this photo, the piston is activated, but the repeters are turned on (we can the the other case behind). This is really embarrassing, because this can breaks systems :/
