Can't move when sneaking at specific place

Problem:

When sneaking at a narrow edge you can’t move.

How to reproduce:

1. put a block with full collision box (e.g. a grass block) several blocks above ground.

2. put a chest on the block.

3. stand at the edge of the block.

4. sneak.

Result:

You can’t move.

Expected:

You can move as normal.
