Sounds volume lagging behind player while moving

The volume of sounds tend to trail off when the player is moving away from the location a sound effect plays.
I noticed this when playing a horn and walking forward and away from where I started interacting with the item.
I also notice this when riding horses. When the camera is facing ahead, some of the horse’s galloping and breathing sounds trail off weirdly, as if some of these sounds are cut off. When looking up, the effect is more noticeable to the point hardly any sound is heard from the horse while moving. When looking down, the sounds play out as expected.
I am not sure if this has to do with how the game would lower the volume of sounds when the player is either not looking at the source of the sound, or walking away and the sound does not follow them.

I hope that this can be investigated and fixed.
Because I would expect to hear the sound as long as I am near it and don’t have to look at where it is coming from. As well as have sounds follow the player if they use a mob or item while on the move. Or at least not let the volume drop off when the player looks away.

Adding on this bug as it has similar symptoms.
When playing music with a jukebox, the sound becomes much quieter when the player is looking away from the block.
This makes little sense from a logical standpoint makes the use of the block less meaningful.

Players either have to face the block to enjoy the music at a decent volume, or do other things with the music playing very softly. The distance of the player from the jukebox is very small as well. Which further incentivises them to idly stare at the block to enjoy the music.

I would expect the volume of the music to remain consistent when the player is not looking at the block, and the distance for the sound to decrease be much further away (around 25 or so blocks) to enjoy listening to the music while doing other things near it.

If other players have issues with the volume, they should have control over that in the settings. And players that want to listen to music in the game wont have to look at the block and be near it.
I would rather play these songs on a third party program while playing Minecraft than be disappointed with the small range of the ingame jukebox.
