New capes aren't working for me. I can't find them anywhere. When I redeemed the TikTok one it said I got it, but it never showed up on Minecraft. Net or the launcher.

Try logging out completely of your account and restarting minecraft. Then log back in. Then restart minecraft again. If it’s in your microsoft purchase history - you have it.
