Rubber Banding still since February

When walking around, after a few seconds. I get pulled back, teleported, and or rubber banded back to s spot I was seconds earlier. If i move through a doorway or hole and close that entry way with a block. I can be rubber banded back to the other side of that entry way with it still closed off and a extra block in hand.
