I cannot delete an Resource Pack/Behaviour Pack

I only want delete a resource pack and a behaviour pack but in the storage when i can delete addons i can reach to the addons I can't reach to the resource packs and behavior packs, That is, when I want to slide the cell phone to see the packs, i only activate the multi select no reach to the packs
