The "Pick Block" button on cell phones doesn't work.

(Actually this bug has been there since the introduction of the button in 1.21.50, but I didn't report it)

When using the button on mobile devices, the button's hitbox scatters across the screen. Sometimes it's in its designated position automatically or through the custom controls feature, but most of the time the tap location is in different parts of the screen, and you'll rarely get it to work.

The button doesn't work in either the default or custom configurations. It's not affected by having textures or addons active.

Expected result: The button should work with both types of touch control setups.

Actual result: The button doesn't seem to react to tapping and appears to be scattered across the screen.
