Minecraft not loading

I have two daughters, they both use an Amazon Fire HD 10. They both have the same games, same SD cards, same everything. We've not had any problems until recently, minecraft will not load up on only one. I deleted the app off the one and reinstalled it(completely unsatisfied the world don't save to their accounts) it worked a time or two and then is back to not opening. I have cleared cache, data, force stopped it, restarted the tablet, everything but delete it again
