Minecraft Stuttering every 1-2 minutes after the 1.21.70 update.

When joining my world, my game stutters and freezes for a few seconds every and after 1-2 minutes. My minecraft was running properly before the update and I’m really confused how it’s now undable to run it smoothly. 9th Gen Ipad and the world is a 700mb survival.
